RULES FOR ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Notifed in accordance with the school’s admission schedule and guidelines.
The admission procedure at India International School Sharjah follows a fair and transparent approach, ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants.Prospective students and their parents are required to submit a completed application form along with supporting documents, including academic records and relevant certificates. Admissions are subject to availability of seats and adherence to the school’s eligibility criteria, which may vary depending on the grade applied for. An entrance examination or assessment may be conducted to evaluate the academic level and potential of the applicant, followed by an interview with the student and parents to understand their aspirations and commitment to the school’s values. The school reserves the right to make the final decision regarding admissions, and successful applicants will be notified in accordance with the school’s admission schedule and guidelines.

Admission Procedure
- Fill online Registration form
- The school will notify you on availability of vacancy in the grade for admission
- Download syllabus and prepare for the entrance test.(Interview for KG1 & KG2)
- Bring your ward to the school with necessary documents
- Initial screening by the admission committee.
- Submit Admission Form and make necessary payments to confirm your admission.
Age Criteria for Admissions
- KG 1: The child must be 4 years by 31st March
- KG 2: The child must be 5 years by 31st March
- Grade 1: The child must be 6 years by 31st March

The documents to be submitted with the admission form at India International School Sharjah typically include academic records, birth certificate, passport copies of the student and parents, recent photographs, and any other relevant certificates or supporting documents as specified by the school.

After Joining Classes :
Attested Original Transfer Certificate and Report card with school seal and Principal Signature(Grade II to X) till 31st May and from 01st June -KG1 to X attested TC Report card with school seal and Principal is required.
Grade 11 admissions:
Attested transfer certicate , grade 10 attested marksheet , Grade 9 Report card with school seal and Principal signaure and MOE equivalency Certificate for Grade 10
Grade 12 admissions
Attested Transfer certificate , Grade 11 attested marksheet , Grade 10 Attested Marksheet and Grade 9 Report card with school seal and Principal signature and MOE equivalency Certificate for Grade 10
